Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account details: email, a display name, age range, any one-time age confirmation and policy acceptance, plus optional details you choose to add such as state, city, first and last name, and goals. Names are private and never shown publicly. If our support team corrects an age range, we keep a record of who made the change and why.

Activity in the service: followed teams, picks, saved optimizer portfolios and their reviews, group membership, chat messages, reports, moderation actions, alert preferences, last sign-in time and account-security events.

WINFACTR Pro: subscription plan, status and billing history. Card details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by WINFACTR.

Sponsors: business and contact details, creative files and links, campaign choices, payment status, receipts and campaign results.

2. Usage and measurement

We record basic device, page and product-usage information, such as that a feature was opened, to operate, secure and improve WINFACTR. These records do not include your picks or amounts.

Sponsor view and click counts are anonymous and store no personal information. They are never recorded for signed-in members under 18, who do not see sponsor spots. Detailed sponsorship events are removed after 90 days; aggregated campaign reporting may be kept longer for business records.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, picks, the Pick Optimizer and weekly reviews, groups, chat, alerts, predictions, recaps, Pro subscriptions, sponsorship booking and reporting; to show game times in your local time zone; to maintain security, moderate harmful content and prevent fraud; to measure performance; to comply with law; and to improve reliability and user experience. We use your age range only to decide whether you can use Pro and whether you see sponsor spots; it is never shared with sponsors. We do not sell personal information or allow sponsors to influence predictions.

4. Automated processing

Automated systems help generate football analysis, run optimizer simulations, screen sponsorship creative and screen chat for harmful or inappropriate language. Clearly harmful content may be blocked; uncertain content may be posted with a flag for human review.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage only to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and count sponsor spots anonymously. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Emails

We send account and security emails, receipts, and the alerts you choose. You can change alert choices in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in any alert email. Essential account and billing emails may still be sent.

7. Service providers and disclosure

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, sign-in, email delivery, payment processing, AI screening and operational monitoring. They receive only the information needed to perform their services. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect people and the service, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction, or at your direction.

8. Children and teenagers

People under 18 need guardian permission. For children under 13, we request a parent or guardian email and keep the account restricted until consent is verified. Parents may review, revoke consent or request deletion. We minimize information requested from children Members under 18 see no sponsor spots and no ad measurement runs for them. Members under 21 cannot buy or receive Pro, and minors cannot buy sponsorships. Parents may ask us to correct a child's age range.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Account deletion removes your profile and related service data, subject to limited records required for security, legal compliance, payments, disputes and proof of policy acceptance. Subscription and sponsorship financial records may remain as legally required.

10. Security and your choices

We use industry-standard safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access and audit records. No system is perfectly secure.

In Settings you can update your profile and alert choices, download a copy of your data, change your password, sign out of all other devices, manage or cancel Pro, and delete your account.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, and may appeal a decision. "Download my data" in Settings gives you an immediate copy. Parents may make requests for a child. Email legal@winfactr.com; we will verify the request before acting and will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

12. Where data is processed

WINFACTR LLC operates WINFACTR from Fort Myers, Florida, and information is processed and stored in the United States.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as WINFACTR changes. The effective date identifies the version, and material changes may require a new acceptance before continued account use.
